What happens if the move takes longer than my elevator booking?

This is why you hire professionals. We stage the furniture specifically to maximize elevator speed. If we run over, we actively negotiate with the concierge, but usually, our speed guarantees we finish within the 3-hour window.

Who is responsible for reserving the elevator?

You must reserve the elevator with your property manager as far in advance as possible. We will supply any required insurance paperwork, but building managers only accept reservations from the resident.

Can a large moving truck fit in my condo's loading dock?

Often, large 26-foot moving trucks cannot fit into underground loading docks due to low clearance. In these cases, we park on the street or use a 'shuttle service' with a smaller van to transport items from the dock to the main truck.
