Do you have a minimum amount of hours to book?

Yes, like most professional operations, we usually have a 2 to 3 hour minimum. If your move is incredibly small, our minimum guarantees the truck and crew are exclusively reserved for your time slot.

Can my parents pay for the move remotely?

Absolutely. We heavily rely on digital invoicing, allowing parents anywhere in the country to securely authorize a credit card payment on behalf of the student.

Do you offer short-term storage between semesters?

Yes! If a student's lease ends in May but the new one doesn't begin until September, we can load everything into a secure storage vault for the summer and redeliver it for the fall semester.
