Bought a treadmill, a bike or a full home gym and need it delivered, carried downstairs and assembled? Our fitness equipment technicians do exactly that across Toronto, Mississauga and the GTA: pick-up from the store, the retailer's warehouse or a private seller, delivery to the room you choose, professional assembly and a test before we leave. Single machines start around $150; complete home gyms are quoted from photos.
Treadmill delivery and assembly
Most treadmills ship in a 150–300 lb box that will not fit through a basement door in one piece. We bring it in, unpack it, assemble the uprights, console and handrails, route and connect the console wiring, set the belt tension and alignment, level the deck and run the first test. Folding models are checked for the lock and the soft-drop mechanism. Packaging leaves with us.
Home gym setup and installation
Power racks, Smith machines, cable crossovers and functional trainers arrive as hundreds of parts. We assemble them square and level, torque the hardware to spec, route cables through the pulleys in the right order, set the weight stack and test every station. For garages and basements we check ceiling height and floor protection before the rack goes up.
Delivery from the store or the seller to your home
We regularly pick up equipment from fitness retailers' pick-up counters and warehouses across the GTA and from Facebook Marketplace and Kijiji sellers — including disassembly at the seller's home when the machine is already built. Tell us where it is and where it goes; we handle the stairs, the elevator booking and the certificate of insurance for condos.

The move was a white glove service, without unpacking. A team of three gentlemen moved our stuff very carefully and took good care of our new home, which is all hardwood that is easy to dent or scratch but it survived thanks to their care. They used blankets and wore booties, and were genuinely caring. The furniture assembly included a few complicated items , and stuff with hardware that went missing in the storage unit. They did all that while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. The day was hot reaching 32 degrees, in October, and they tirelessly went up and down the stairs. I also found Mo very easy to deal with, and he makes sure the client’s needs are met and works hard to deliver a very satisfactory moving experience. It’s a hard and thankless job to be honest, because the houses and furniture are both being built with materials that is easy to damage in Canada. Mo and his team are caring and would make you feel that you don’t have to worry about anything!
