The move was a white glove service, without unpacking. A team of three gentlemen moved our stuff very carefully and took good care of our new home, which is all hardwood that is easy to dent or scratch but it survived thanks to their care. They used blankets and wore booties, and were genuinely caring. The furniture assembly included a few complicated items , and stuff with hardware that went missing in the storage unit. They did all that while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. The day was hot reaching 32 degrees, in October, and they tirelessly went up and down the stairs. I also found Mo very easy to deal with, and he makes sure the client’s needs are met and works hard to deliver a very satisfactory moving experience. It’s a hard and thankless job to be honest, because the houses and furniture are both being built with materials that is easy to damage in Canada. Mo and his team are caring and would make you feel that you don’t have to worry about anything!

That is exactly why we assess the route first. If the staircase is unreinforced wood and shows signs of weakness, we may decline an indoor move and recommend a crane for upper floors. If the stairs are structurally sound, we use load plates and a tracked stair climber that spreads the pressure.
Our crew has the tools to remove the existing anchors (impact wrenches, and grinders if bolts are corroded). We can also install new expansion anchors in the concrete at your new address.
We never roll equipment over 500 lb directly on grass or fragile pavers. We lay a path of thick industrial boards to the street or driveway so the safe can be rolled safely, protecting your landscaping.
