Treadmills, ellipticals and multi-station weight machines are heavy, awkward and usually installed in the hardest places to reach — basements, spare bedrooms, condo storage rooms. Most garbage pickups will not take them, and carrying one up a basement staircase is how floors, walls and backs get damaged.

Our gym equipment crew disassembles each machine on site, protects floors and stairwells on the way out, and loads everything into the truck. Usable equipment is directed to resale or donation when possible, metal is sent for recycling, and the rest goes to a proper disposal facility. You do not need to drag anything to the curb.

Verified Google ReviewI did a 10 hours move with Mo’s team yesterday, from a storage unit to a 3 story townhouse (ground, main and upper) with a basement. The move was a white glove service, without unpacking. A team of three gentlemen moved our stuff very carefully and took good care of our new home, which is all hardwood that is easy to dent or scratch but it survived thanks to their care. They used blankets and wore booties, and were genuinely caring. The furniture assembly included a few complicated items , and stuff with hardware that went missing in the storage unit. They did all that while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. The day was hot reaching 32 degrees, in October, and they tirelessly went up and down the stairs. I also found Mo very easy to deal with, and he makes sure the client’s needs are met and works hard to deliver a very satisfactory moving experience. It’s a hard and thankless job to be honest, because the houses and furniture are both being built with materials that is easy to damage in Canada. Mo and his team are caring and would make you feel that you don’t have to worry about anything!
