Before a single couch is lifted, our crews lay down heavy-duty neoprene runners over your hardwood and carpet, and wrap the banisters and door frames in protective pads. By ensuring the house itself is shielded, our highly trained teams can move with speed and heavy power without risking any costly property damage.
How a house move is organised
A house move starts with an accurate list of what is moving: rooms, basement, garage, shed and any heavy items such as a piano, safe or home gym. That list decides the truck size and the number of movers. On the day, the crew protects floors and door frames, disassembles beds and large tables, and loads room by room so that unloading follows the layout of the new house.
You can pack yourself, or book full packing or kitchen-only packing. If the closing dates do not match, we keep your belongings in storage in between.

Verified Google ReviewI did a 10 hours move with Mo’s team yesterday, from a storage unit to a 3 story townhouse (ground, main and upper) with a basement. The move was a white glove service, without unpacking. A team of three gentlemen moved our stuff very carefully and took good care of our new home, which is all hardwood that is easy to dent or scratch but it survived thanks to their care. They used blankets and wore booties, and were genuinely caring. The furniture assembly included a few complicated items , and stuff with hardware that went missing in the storage unit. They did all that while maintaining a professional and pleasant attitude. The day was hot reaching 32 degrees, in October, and they tirelessly went up and down the stairs. I also found Mo very easy to deal with, and he makes sure the client’s needs are met and works hard to deliver a very satisfactory moving experience. It’s a hard and thankless job to be honest, because the houses and furniture are both being built with materials that is easy to damage in Canada. Mo and his team are caring and would make you feel that you don’t have to worry about anything!

We provide specialized wardrobe boxes on the day of the move to transport hanging clothes quickly without crushing them. If you purchased the boxes, you keep them; if they were loaners, we unpack them directly into your new closet.
We move in all weather. We significantly increase our use of thick floor runners to protect against mud and snow, and we shrink-wrap sensitive furniture over the blankets to repel rain while walking to the truck.
A two- or three-bedroom house is usually moved by 3 or 4 movers. We confirm the crew size after reviewing your inventory.
